- Antivirus Program check / installation

Our labor rates are as follows:
- In Store Labor Regular Rate – $65.00 per hour, 2 hour cap for most work, 2-5 day turnaround
- In Store Labor Expedited Rate – $100.00 per hour, 2 hour cap for most work, same or next day turnaround
- In Store Labor EMERGENCY – $130.00 per hour, attempting same day turnaround (depending on severity of issue and start time of project)
- On Site Labor Regular Rate – $130.00 per hour + travel fee, no cap on time, 1-3 day scheduling window, available to schedule from 9Am to 12Pm
- NBD Response On Site Emergency – $200.00 per hour + travel fee, no cap on time, next business day response time
- SBD Response On Site Labor EMERGENCY – $250.00 per hour + travel fee, no cap on time, same business day repsonse time of 2-4 hour to technician arrival
- Remote Assistance – by contract only with existing customers (prearranged time blocks)
