Compucom Computers, Inc – SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the SMS (text message) communications sent by Compucom Computers, Inc (“Compucom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description
When you provide your mobile phone number to Compucom and request our services, you may receive transactional SMS messages from Compucom related to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Customer support communications and service follow-ups.
- Order and service status updates, including completion and pickup notifications.
We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional offers under this program. All messages are transactional and directly related to your existing relationship with us.
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary and is as needed based on your interactions with Compucom (for example, when you schedule an appointment, request support, or have an active order or repair).
Costs
Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to you by Compucom and to any SMS messages you send to us, depending on your mobile carrier plan. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Compucom at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After you send STOP, we may send a final confirmation message to let you know that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you later request that we resume messaging.
Please note that opting out of SMS messages will not affect other forms of communication you may have consented to (such as email or phone calls), which may still be used as permitted by law.
